Quality Management

The company’s quality policy is integrated into the tedrive management system, which coordinates quality, environmental protection and health & occupational safety.

Our quality objectives are only achievable when we constantly improve product and process quality. This understanding of quality is applied across all company locations to detect mistakes early and even avoid them altogether. Whether it’s purchasing, development or production, regular reviews and assessments of all tedrive’s processes, practices and technology are the first steps in a continuous improvement process spanning the entire value chain. Every tedrive employee is working towards the goal of zero defects. And with a newly introduced internal incentive scheme, we actively encourage solutions that prevent errors. In short, our quality policy standardises processes and promotes the company-wide implementation of best practices.

Certification

Certification of the management systems at tedrive group facilities across the globe began as soon
as the company was formed.

“ISO / TS 16949 certification is the globally recognised standard for quality management
systems established by the IATF (International Automotive Task Force) for the automobile industry.
Our immediate quality certification proves that tedrive was up to the challenge of detaching itself
from a large corporate structure without compromising quality management.”
